ROCKS & DIRT

FOR ALL YOUR LANDSCAPING NEEDS

At Arlington Grass we offer two kinds of landscaping rocks– Oklahoma flagstone and mossy boulders. We also carry two kinds of dirt– enriched topsoil and a finer option– screened topsoil. Screened yellow sand is also available which works great for moulding and building when landscaping.

ROCKS WE OFFER

MOSSY BOULDERS

OKLAHOMA FLAGSTONE

MOSSY BOULDERS

Irregular shaped Texas surface sandstone boulders commonly used to enhance landscapes. A beautiful accent in flowerbeds, these rocks can range in size from small to large. Colors will vary from light to dark brown; some may even have a rust color appearance. Many rocks will have moss and/or lichen growing on them.

OKLAHOMA FLAGSTONE

Oklahoma Flagstone is a flat stone that comes in many varieties, colors, textures, thicknesses, and sizes (lucky you we offer both 1″ and 2″ slabs). Oklahoma Flagston is usually used in the creation of patios, walkways, pool copings, outdoor kitchens and many other landscape related projects.

DIRTS WE OFFER

ENRICHED TOPSOIL

SCREENED TOPSOIL

ENRICHED TOPSOIL

Our most popular!

Enriched topsoil, or garden soil, is topsoil enriched with compost and organic matter to make it better suited to actual plant growth.  The addition of compost will reduce compaction and also provide nutrients that will feed the plants over many years.

SCREEND TOPSOIL

Screened topsoil is ideal for starting a new lawn or garden or improving the soil in any given area. Worked into existing soil, screened topsoil improves its texture, friability and water-retention properties. Adding compost, which is a blend of decomposed vegetation, to the screened topsoil adds valuable nutrients to deficient soil.

Applying topsoil with a consistent particle size across a garden allows nutrients and water to flow naturally through the soil for a healthier growing space. Once tilled into your garden’s natural topsoil, the plants’ roots are free to grow deeply. Fruit trees and other large plants will have a greater chance at growing tall and producing lots of fruit.
